Sole Society Summer
Our little guy is two weeks old today and I feel like I'm kind of getting back into the swing of things. We had my mom stay with us for a week after we got home from the hospital and it was so nice to have her help. She was an angel doing all of our laundry, cooking, cleaning, and playing with Capri - it was so sad to see her go! And she even watched both the kids one night so we could have a date night. I was a little hesitant to leave our new little babe, but my husband and her both convinced me that we won't have this chance again for a long time and that they are in the best hands;) I knew we needed a night out alone together so I got dressed up for what feels like the first time in forever and we went out for a sushi dinner and to see the new Jurassic Park movie. I was actually surprised that I liked the movie. It's definitely a fun one to see on the big screen! And I guess I'm used to having kids around with me everywhere because backpacks have been my bag of choice lately and this cute one from Sole Society is right up there at the top. It's the perfect size to fit everything you need without being too big and I love the grey color of perforated leather with gold accents. And I can't forget these heels. Who would have thought mustard yellow would be the best color of shoe, but they are my favorite right now! I love the ankle strap and how they really go with so much.
